At Money Society, we want you to love your order. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order without providing a reason.
Please ensure your return shipment is sent back to us within these 14 days.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition with all original tags attached.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your order for a refund or select a voucher with added value.
1. Refund to Gift Card (Fastest + 15% Bonus)
Choose a refund via Money Society Gift Card and receive 15% extra value.
Once your return is processed, the gift card will be sent via email within 2–3 business days, valid for 12 months.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
Refunds to your original payment method are processed within 7–10 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.
Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Please note it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@money-society.com.
Our team will review your request and provide the best possible solution.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Underwear or socks
Perfumes without the original plastic seal
Final Sale items
Items returned after the 14-day period
Worn or damaged products not previously reported to our support team
Such items will be rejected and destroyed upon arrival.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, depending on your courier and country.
We are not responsible for customs charges (import duties or taxes) on returned packages.
Please always keep your proof of shipment and tracking number — we cannot assist with lost returns without valid tracking information.
Once your return is received, we aim to process it within 10 working days.
After processing, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear in your bank account depending on your provider.
